What is Roulette?
A revolving disc-shaped wheel with numbered holes, where the players place bets on which one the ball will land. The game is popular online and at casinos worldwide. Players can make either inside or outside bets.
When playing roulette, it’s best to stick with simple strategies. Avoid complicated systems and always play within your budget.
Game of chance
A game of chance is a game in which the outcome is strongly determined by randomness. This is in contrast to games of skill, such as tennis. In most cases, any game of chance that involves money is considered gambling. It can be played with dice, spinning tops, playing cards, a roulette wheel, or any other randomizing device.

Each eligible organization may receive a monthly permit for a small game of chance that does not exceed the standard prize limit.
